- Clean thoroughly: kitchen appliances inside and out, bathroom, floors, windows, and blinds
- Leave the unit in the condition listed on your move-in checklist
- Repair or report anything damaged during your tenancy
- Return all keys, remotes and any building access items to the office

Please note
Leaving belongings behind or overflowing the dumpster means extra work and hauling, and you'll be charged for it. If you have more than the dumpster can hold, contact the office at info@reserve-pm.com or 319-383-1340 first so we can help you figure out the best way to handle it. Move-out notice is 30 days, counted from the next billing date. Let the office know as soon as you can to avoid being billed for another month.
